Raw Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Am I the only one who loves chocolate?!? Probably not! But instead of running out and buying a candybar or something filled with tons of sugar and no nutrients I’ll opt for this…

My raw vegan chocolate pudding….yum!!!!

Here’s the recipe for you:

1 cup of nut milk or coconut milk

1 banana

1 avocado

3-4 tablespoons of raw cacao powder

2 tablespoons of coconut oil or coconut butter

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

2-3 tablespoons of agave

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender. You can eat it immediately or place in the refrigerator until you’re ready to eat it. Top with fruit and/or nuts. Enjoy!!!
