Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

2 cups of non dairy milk

3T unsweetened coconut shreds

1/2T vanilla extract

3-4T raw agave

1/2 cup of soaked raw cashews

1/4 cup + 3T Chia seeds

Instructions:

Blend the first 5 ingredients together in blender. Pour liquid mix into a big bowl. Stir in chia seeds. Stir for about five minutes then pour into mason jars. Let them sit in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy. (Optional-mix in fruit)
